Services:
Due to the nature of grooming services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been provided. If you are not satisfied, please speak to our team during or immediately after your appointment so we can resolve any issue on the spot.

Products:
Product returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
